Terms of Service

By registering for, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Calling & Messaging Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business or professional purposes.

The Service is offered on subscription plans billed on a recurring basis at the interval stated for your plan (for example monthly, quarterly or annual). By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment providers to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change on renewal, and we will give reasonable advance notice of any change. All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in our Refund Policy, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which the subscription will not renew. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and our AI Calling & Messaging Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Among other things, you must not use the Service for unsolicited cold calling, purchased or scraped contact lists, caller-ID spoofing, impersonation, or any unlawful marketing. Breach of those policies is a breach of these Terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, drafts and other outputs. AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies, and you are responsible for reviewing, editing and approving all outputs before you rely on or publish them. We do not warrant that any content, campaign, keyword, budget recommendation or conversation will produce any particular result, including any level of traffic, leads, sales or return on advertising spend. Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, which may include Google, Meta, Vapi, Stripe and Whop, among others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them and for maintaining your own accounts. We are not responsible for the availability, actions or policies of third-party platforms, and integration architecture does not guarantee that any particular integration will function without interruption.

• Reviewing and approving all campaigns, content and communications before they are published or sent.
• Ensuring you have all necessary rights, consents and lawful bases for the data, contacts and content you use with the Service.
• Complying with all applicable laws and third-party platform policies, including advertising, marketing, consumer-protection and data- protection rules.
• Maintaining and funding your own advertising accounts.

Your subscription covers access to the software only. Advertising spend on platforms such as Google and Meta is not included and is paid directly by you to those platforms from your own accounts. Voice and telephone usage (provided via Vapi) is billed separately based on usage. You are responsible for all such charges, and major campaign or budget changes require your approval.

We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design and trade marks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. As between you and us, you retain rights in the business inputs you provide and, to the extent permitted by law and by applicable AI providers’ terms, in the outputs generated for you. You grant us the rights needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, and our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms or any referenced policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service, other users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, for example by email or within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
