Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use the Service to create, store or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory.
• Infringes intellectual property or other rights of any person.
• Is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploits or endangers children.
• Promotes violence, self-harm, illegal activity or regulated goods and services in breach of applicable law.
• Contains malware or is designed to disrupt or compromise systems.

You must not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or communications without a valid lawful basis or required consent.
• Make unsolicited automated marketing calls, or otherwise breach our AI Calling & Messaging Policy.
• Make false, misleading or exaggerated claims, or run deceptive promotions.
• Target vulnerable individuals unfairly or use manipulative or high-pressure tactics.

You must not upload, import or use contact lists that have been purchased, rented, scraped or otherwise obtained without a proper lawful basis and any required consent. You are responsible for ensuring that every contact you communicate with through the Service has been obtained lawfully and can be contacted for the purpose in question.

You must not falsify, spoof or disguise caller identity, sender addresses or message headers, and you must not impersonate any person, business or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone. Communications sent through the Service must accurately identify who is responsible for them.

Where you connect and publish to third-party platforms such as Google and Meta, you must comply with their advertising and content policies. Breaching those policies can result in your ad accounts being restricted or suspended by the platform, and repeated or serious breaches may also lead to action on your AlishSol account.

You must not use the Service for any telemarketing or calling activity that breaches applicable law, including rules on unsolicited calls, suppression and preference services, and required disclosures. See our AI Calling & Messaging Policy for detailed rules on voice and messaging use.

Advertising and marketing created with the Service must be truthful, not misleading, and capable of substantiation. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, prices, offers and disclosures in the content you publish, and for ensuring your advertising complies with applicable advertising standards.

If you breach this AUP, we may take action including issuing warnings, removing content, restricting features, suspending or terminating your account, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We may act immediately without notice where a breach is serious or poses a risk to others, the Service or third parties.
